Who is The Grounded Chef

The Grounded Chef was founded by Chessie Rothera. Chessie is formally trained in psychology and works as a therapist, but has always had a passion for food and its power to bring people together.

After moving to Bridport during the pandemic, Chessie realised that now, more than ever, we need to rediscover the art of social connection and food can be a great way to do just that!

Now she is bringing her love of people together with her love of food, and hosting intimate supper clubs where an emphasis is placed on connecting with the people around us and the produce we’re eating.

Expect delicious food, empowering information and meaningful meetings.
